The home visit by Jackie Parker , was a very pleasant & informative experience, she listened to my concerns, & explained my options in a way I could comprehend with, her approach was very professional , with a very friendly, pleasant manner, would very strongly recommend the service, the domiciliary visit, being very convenient, for my wife & myself. Jackie kept us informed, when running late.

Met Jackie Parker today in person and she was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away, she was very professional and made me feel it's not only me with this problem, the instructions on how to use the equipment was very easy to follow and made me feel more confident.Very punctual and covid aware . Jackie is a urology and continence nurse specialist who qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 1988.
Having 17 years in continence and urology Jackie has a wealth of experience and knowledge which enables her to support her patients and their families. The most rewarding part of Jackie's job is "making a difference" to her patients quality of life.
Currently Jackie works for Fittleworth Medical Ltd as a Urology / Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist and is team leader to a team of 4 nurses across the Midlands.
Jackie enjoys spinning, holidays and spending time with her family and grandchildren when not at work.
